Understanding the Why.
Finding the Way Forward.

Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what you're feeling—it's understanding why. Whether you've been struggling for years or something has recently changed, care begins by listening carefully, looking at the full picture, and creating a plan that truly fits your life.

Psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, available throughout Colorado and Arizona via secure telehealth.

Founder-Led Care

Rooted in Experience. Guided by Purpose.

Lindsey Welch, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Nearly a decade of nursing experience has shown me how profoundly mental health shapes relationships, work, parenting, identity, and everyday life.

My experience in critical care, trauma, rehabilitation, behavioral health, and education taught me that meaningful psychiatric care begins with understanding the person—not simply the symptoms.

I have a special interest in working with people whose stories don’t always fit neatly into a diagnosis—particularly those navigating complex trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and the mental health challenges that can accompany major seasons of life.

I especially enjoy supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and hormonal transitions, as well as working with men who may not have always had a space where they felt comfortable talking openly about their mental health.

Whether you’ve been struggling for years, are trying to make sense of symptoms that seem connected in complicated ways, or simply know that something doesn’t feel like you anymore, you don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. We can start wherever you are.

As a mother of three and a healthcare professional, I understand how deeply mental health touches every part of life. My goal is simple: to help you feel heard, understand your options, and move forward with confidence.

A practice created for the parts of life that are difficult to carry alone.

You may be functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or unlike yourself underneath. Care can begin before everything falls apart—and before you know exactly how to explain what is wrong.
